When I first started Plexus I thought it was just another one of them pyramid products that just took your money and didn't work but, I was wrong! Just over the past three weeks I have noticed so much change in my health already.  My first week using Plexus I was very leery about the product and changing my normal routine. After the first week things started to become a habit, I would get up drink my slim drink take my Bio Cleanse, get ready for school then eat breakfast. Then going into the third week I noticed I had so much more energy, I had slowly been getting off of my medications (but not completely), and overall I just felt like a happier person. The three previous weeks have went so unexpectedly amazing, my goals were to push myself through the first couple weeks to get used to the product, drink a gallon of water a day, and limit myself to 1,500 calories a day. As of today I have lost four pounds and have never felt better.  Although, I met my goal it was very hard to do so and I did run into a couple problems. I traveled to Nebraska and did not get the fluids I needed, got off of my normal routine and did not eat like I should have.  I have only gone for a couple days but by the time I got back home I could really tell I was not feeling near as great as I was. So, I kicked it in gear and got back on track! I am still learning much about this product and research it everyday. I am actually a seller for this product, I am on the Plexus website everyday learning more and more. The research I did to obtain my goal over the past few weeks was over dehydration. With Plexus you have to stay very hydrated and while I was gone in Nebraska I had already dehydrated myself. A person should drink half their body weight in ounces everyday, which I was not doing when I was gone. Now, I know that I HAVE to consume 60 ounces of water a day. Next week my goal is to up my Bio Cleanse and decrease one more of my stomach pills or maybe even two.

  1. It is exciting to hear you are feeling better! Why did you pick 1500 calories as your daily goal? Are you using this as a way to lose weight? If so, how much are you planning to lose? Also how are you calculating calories?

  2. I picked a 1500 calorie diet because I am a sweats eater and setting a goal of 1500 is challenging for me. I am not looking to lose any weight just want to overall be healthier. I calculate my calories by using Fitness Pal its an app on my phone. I type in what I eat and how much and it adds up my calories.
