I would like to apologize for not posting and being late, I have had problems with getting into my blog and just got it fixed!  The last couple week have went over great! I have reached all my goals and I couldn't feel better. I have had no more complications since I've been on last. I have never felt better. It's week four! This week I started something new and that's going to the gym! Last week my goal was to stay on schedule with staying hydrated and I met that goal. I did not miss a day where I did not drink under a gallon of water. This is a huge step for me because I have never been good about staying hydrated like I should. Throughout the previous week I stuck to my goal, the product is still working amazingly, and I couldn't be much happier. The problems I ran into was starting to work out at the local gym. I am out of shape something terrible and the first few days were brutal. I could barely walk because I was so sore! Although I was terribly sore I pushed through it and haven't missed a day yet. I go in at 7 a.m in the morning usually get done at 8 a.m, shower, then head to class. So, its a pretty early/busy morning for me. My goal for the following week is to push myself even harder through my workouts, stay hydrated, and not give up no matter how busy I am with my schooling and work. That has also been another downhill slide for me, after coming back from spring break school has been crazy busy. But, I know I can do it and I will not give up. I struggled some through the week and to get through the rough times I researched inspirational quotes and the one I found that really pushed me through was, "Good, better, best. 'Till your good is better and your better is best."- St. Jerome. Reading this quote pushes me even harder to get through my workouts/health, my schooling, and work. Anything is possible!

Problem

      The problem with good health in today’s world is outrageously poor. People fight insomnia, have lack of energy, weight problems, and over all gut health.  Gut health is very important and can change someone’s entire life if their gut isn’t working like it should, like it did mine. Not only do people fight just gut health but blood pressure problems, heart health, kidney and liver health, cholesterol and triglyceride levels, and inflammation. Most people in this world fight to be healthy and to feel like themselves, and to solve their problems they get put on expensive medications that sometimes make them feel even worse.

Proposed Solution

      The solution is PLEXUS! Plexus is a combination of weight management, probiotics, multivitamins, and more! These products are known to improve sleep, provide more energy, decrease pain, and improve gut health.

Justification

      I propose to get this product out to others, so they can live a healthier, happier life. My goal is to change lives with this product like it has changed mine. I am doing this because before I started Plexus I was miserable. I have had many problems with my health since I was fifteen, which also led to surgery and many tests. As a fifteen-year-old, I did not feel like a normal teenager should. I was always exhausted, my gut health was terrible, and all in all I did not feel like myself. This went on for three more years till I found Plexus. I know there are so many others out there in the world that felt just like I did, and I want to change their lives with this product, because it truly has made my life amazing. There is no reason why someone should feel like I did or not feel themselves, everyone deserves to feel happy, motivated, and overall feel amazing.
